My hope is the City Council will do the same.
•This project provides a great 'community benefit' to Pleasanton and helps local families find
affordable housing for loved ones with special needs.
•Pleasanton is a community of character and this project is leading the way for the entire East
Bay by recognizing the explosion in Autism rates and other special needs and the need to
find quality, long-term housing.
•The planned homes adjacent to the SFH parcel will allow families to purchase a house for their
family member and still enjoy the benefits and activities on the SFH campus.
•The increase in the number of SFH units (from 17-30) helps more families find affordable
housing.
•Thank you to the City of Pleasanton and to the developer for this unique partnership.
•It's a great location as it provides access to transportation, downtown and community/social
activities.
