CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 806 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING APPROXIMATELY 12.8 ACRES OF LAND <br /> LOCATED NORTH OF VINEYARD AVENUE AND EAST OF FIRST STREET <br /> FROM RM-1500 AND RM-2500 DISTRICTS TO RM-4000 DISTRICT <br /> AND REZONING APPROXIMATELY 5.1 ACRES OF LAND SOUTH OF <br /> VINEYARD AVENUE BETWEEN ADAMS WAY AND ~AVIS DRIVE FROM <br /> THE RM-2500 DISTRICT TO THE R1-6500 DISTRICT AND ~ENDING <br /> THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ACCORDINGLY. <br /> (ZONING UNIT MAP #159) <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Approximately 12.8 acres of land bounded by Vineyard <br />Avenue, First Street, the eastern City boundary, and the Arroyo de <br />Valle (excluding therefrom Assessor Parcel Nos. 94-95-1, 2, 14, <br />15 [part]) is rezone~l from multiple family residential districts <br />~-1500 and ~4-2500 to RM-4000, as more particularly described in <br />Zoning Unit Map No. 159 attached hereto and incorporated herein <br />by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. Approximately 5.1 acres of land located south of <br />Vineyard Avenue between Adams Way and Mavis Drive (Assessor Parcel <br />Nos. 946-2528-2-2, 946-2530-1 ) is rezoned from multiple family <br />residential district RM-2500 to single family residential district <br />R-1-6500, as more particularly described in Zoning Unit Map No.159 <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br /> Section 3. The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April 1~ <br /> 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating and dividing the <br /> City into zoning districts is hereby amended in accordance with <br /> the action set forth in sections 1 and 2 above. <br /> Section 4. Zoning Unit Map No. 159, dated January 5, 1977~ on <br /> file with the City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, a copy of <br /> which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof by <br /> reference, designates said land use and zoning district. <br /> <br /> Section 5. This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days <br /> <br /> <br />
