PUD-OS (Planned Unit Development — High Density Residential and Open Space) <br /> Districts" <br /> Section 2 The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton, dated April 18, 1960, on <br /> file with the City Clerk, designating and dividing the City into zoning districts, is hereby <br /> amended to Zoning Unit Map No 499, attached hereto as Exhibit B, dated February 7, <br /> 2017, and incorporated herein by this reference <br /> Section 3. The City Council approves Case PUD-110, the application of Irby <br /> Ranch LLC for Planned Unit Development (PUD) Rezoning and development plan to <br /> rezone the property from the "A (Agriculture) District" and "C-S (Service Commercial) <br /> District" to the "PUD-HDR/OS (Planned Unit Development — High Density <br /> Residential/Open Space) District" to construct 87 single-family residential homes and <br /> related infrastructure on approximately 10 6 acres, an open space/arroyo parcel on 2 8 <br /> acres, and create one approximately 1 64-acre lot to be dedicated to the City for future <br /> development in partnership with Sunflower Hill for an affordable multi-family residential <br /> community for individuals with special needs, on a combined 15 03-acre site located at <br /> 3988 First Street, 3878 Stanley Boulevard, and 3780 Stanley Boulevard, subject to the <br /> conditions as shown in Exhibit A, attached hereto and made part of this ordinance by <br /> this reference <br /> Section 4 A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen <br /> (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation <br /> published in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance shall be posted for <br /> fifteen (15) days in the City Clerk's office within fifteen (15) days after its adoption <br /> Section 5 This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after its passage <br /> and adoption conditioned on the ordinance approving the development agreement for <br /> the Project also being in effect <br /> The foregoing Ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council <br /> of the City of Pleasanton on February 7, 2017 by the following vote <br /> Ayes <br /> Noes <br /> Absent <br /> Abstain <br /> Jerry Thorne, Mayor <br /> ATTEST <br /> Karen Diaz, City Clerk <br /> APPROVED AS TO FORM <br /> Daniel G Sodergren, City Attorney <br />
