RESOLUTION NO. 17-909 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, ADOPTING AN AMENDMENT TO THE MASTER FEE SCHEDULE FOR PLANNING DIVISION FEES TO ADD AN APPLICATION FEE FOR A MINOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT WHEREAS, at a public hearing on January 17, 2017, staff presented a report regarding an amendment to Chapter 9 22 (Recycling) and Title 18 (Zoning) of the Municipal Code, part of which establishes a new Minor Conditional Use Permit procedure, and WHEREAS, the City Council had previously, on June 16, 2015, considered a report regarding the Update of User Fees for development-related services, which included a fee for an Administrative Conditional Use Permit for routine uses, and WHEREAS, a fee for the new Minor Conditional Use Permit procedure is to be added to the Master Fee Schedule at the same amount as the previously analyzed Administrative Conditional Use Permit, as it has been determined that similar staff resources are needed for the new Minor Conditional Use Permit NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: SECTION 1 Council adopts the amended Master Fee Schedule for Planning Division Fees, including adding a fee for a Minor Conditional Use Permit as provided in Exhibit A SECTION 2.
