Cr2Y COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> AL~iEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> O~INANCE NO. 804 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ~P OF THE CiTY OF <br /> PLEASANTON AND REZONING TWO ADJACENT PARCELS OF LAND <br /> OF 32.88 AND 36.72 ACRES, RESPECTIVELY, SOUTH OF THE <br /> STANLEY BOULEVARD RIGHT--OF-WAY FROM THE S (STUDY) AND <br /> A (AGRICULTURAL) DISTRICTS TO THE C-S (COMMERCIAL <br /> SE~'ICE) DISTRICT (ZONING UNIT MAP #158) <br /> <br />THE CiTY C~UNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Rezones from S (Study) District to C--S (Commercial <br />Service) District a 32.88 acre parcel of land commonly known as <br />Annexation No. 72, bounded on the north by Stanley Boulevard on <br />the south by the Arroyo DeA Valle, on the west by the land commonl' <br />known as Annexation 69 and on-~he east by that parcel of land know~ <br />as Parcel No. 946-1250-36. <br /> <br />Section 2. Rezones from A (Agricultural) District to C-S (Commer- <br />cial Service) District 36.73 acre parcel of land commonly known as <br /> <br />Parcel No. 946-1250-36, bounded on the north by Stanley Boulevard, <br /> ~n the south by the Arroyo Del Valle, on the west by the parcel <br /> ~nown as Annexation No. 72 and on the east by the parcel of land <br /> =ommonly known as Parcel No. 946-1250-9-5. <br /> <br />Section 3. The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April 18 <br />1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating and dividing the <br /> <br /> into zoning districts is hereby amended in accordance with the <br />action set forth in Sections 1 and 2 above. <br /> <br />Section 4. Zoning Unit Map No. 158~ dated January 4, 1977, on <br />file with the City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, a copy of which <br /> <br />is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof by refer- <br /> , designates said land use and zoning district. <br /> <br /> .ion 5.
