RESOLUTION NO. 16-896 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, APPROVING CHANGES TO THE FUNCTIONAL CLASSIFICATION MAP WHEREAS, the City Council, on February 24, 1975, adopted Resolution No 75-33 (Resolution Approving the Federal Aid Urban System in the City of Pleasanton and the Urban Boundary in the City of Pleasanton), and WHEREAS, the City Council, on February 19, 2008, adopted Resolution No 08-172 (Resolution Approving Changes to the Functional Classification Map), and WHEREAS, the City Council, on September 7, 2010, adopted Resolution No 10-395 (Resolution Approving Changes to the Functional Classification Map), and WHEREAS, from time to time changes are needed to the Federal Aid Roadway Classification of Pleasanton roadways NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: SECTION 1 This Council concurs with and approves a change to the Federal Aid Roadway classification of a Pleasanton roadway in order to reflect changes in usage and necessary corrections, as set forth in Exhibit "A", a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference SECTION 2 This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton at a regular meeting held on November 15, 2016 I, Karen Diaz, City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, California, certify that the foregoing resolution was adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting held on the 15th day of December, 2016 by the following vote Ayes Councilmembers Brown, Narum, Pentin, Mayor Thorne Noes None Absent Councilmember Olson Abstain None IOWA aren `'iaz, City ,Cler APPROVED AS TO/ORM t .4, ' Daniel G Sodergren, City At4•rney
