RESOLUTION NO. 16-903 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ACCEPTING THE FY 2015/16 YEAR-END FINANCIAL REPORT FOR THE CAPITAL <br /> IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (COP) BUDGET AND AMEND THE FY 2015/16 COP <br /> BUDGET <br /> WHEREAS, each year a report of financial condition of the Capital Improvement Program <br /> is presented to Council which includes staff recommendations for budget amendments and <br /> carryovers, and <br /> WHEREAS, staff presented to Council such a report for the fiscal year ending June 30, <br /> 2015, and <br /> WHEREAS, as a result of the year-end financial review, staff made numerous <br /> recommendations as outlined in that report <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br /> SECTION 1• Amend the FY 2015/16 Capital Improvement Program Budget as shown in <br /> Appendix A <br /> SECTION 2: Approve the Capital Improvement Program Budget carryovers as shown in <br /> Appendix B <br /> PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton at a <br /> regular meeting held on December 6, 2016 <br /> I, Karen Diaz, City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, California, certify that the foregoing <br /> resolution was adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting held on the 6th day of December, <br /> 2016 by the following vote <br /> Ayes Councilmembers Brown, Narum, Olson, Pentin, Mayor Thorne <br /> Noes None <br /> Absent None <br /> Abstain None <br /> Karen v iaz, City Cler,4 APP OVED AS TO FORM <br /> i , ID, its.
