CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> AL~.,~EDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 802 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINanCE REZONING PROPERTY LOCATED AT 4224 <br /> STANLEY BOULEVARD FROM THE C-S (C0~ERCIAL SERVICE) <br /> DISTRICT TO THE O (OFFICE) DISTRICT AND ~'~NDING <br /> THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON (ZONING UNIT 15' <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS <br /> <br /> Section 1. Rezones from C-S (Commercial Service) District to <br /> 0 (Office) District a parcel of land approximately <br /> 8,400 square feet located at 4224 Stanley Boulevard <br /> and amends the zoning unit map of the City of Pleasanton <br /> accordingly. <br /> <br /> Section 2. The zoning map of the City of Pleasanton is amended <br /> in accordance with Zoning Unit Map No. 157 , attached <br /> hereto as Exhibit "A~', and amending the Zoning MaD of <br /> the City accordingly. <br /> <br />Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) <br /> <br />days after the date of its final passage and adoption. <br />Section 4.
