Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Seller agrees <br /> to: (i) provide Buyer with an accurate listing providing names and addresses of all occupants of <br /> the Property or part thereof, (ii) permit Buyer, MidPen and the Limited Partnership to provide <br /> occupants with notices and information relating to Relocation Laws, (iii) not permit any new <br /> persons or businesses to occupy any portion of the Property absent Buyer's and MidPen's prior <br /> written consent which consent shall not unreasonably be withheld but may be conditioned upon <br /> the delivery of notices to such persons and businesses notices consistent with the requirements of <br /> Relocation Laws in form provided by Buyer. Notwithstanding the above,pursuant to Section 9.6 <br /> of the DDA and that certain Relocation Plan for the Property prepared by MidPen and approved <br /> by Buyer, MidPen and the Limited Partnership shall be wholly responsible for compliance with <br /> the Relocation Laws, and any financial obligations thereunder, and neither Seller nor Buyer shall <br /> be responsible for such financial obligations. <br /> 43.
