City Attorney 1 Waived full reading and adopted Urgency Ordinance No. 2152 to amend Pleasanton Municipal Code Chapter 6 18 Medical Marijuana to include the same restrictions on Recreational Marijuana, except to allow cultivation of up to six plants indoors for personal use as mandated by Proposition 64 (the "Adult Use of Marijuana Act") City Manager 2. Approved regular meeting minutes of September 6, 2016 and the workshop/special meeting minutes of September 13, 2016 3 Biennial review of the city's Conflict of Interest Code; waived full reading and adopted Resolution No. 16-888 amending the Conflict of Interest Code to review the list of designated positions required to file Statement of Economic Interest 4 Waived full reading and adopted Resolution No. 1 6-889 setting compensation and amending the Management and Confidential Employee Performance Compensation Plan 5 Waived full reading and adopted Resolution No. 16-890 authorizing execution of State of California Department of Housing and Community Development for the Housing Standard Agreement for Housing Related Parks Grant; authorize an appropriation of HRP Funding for improvements to the Kottinger Village Park, and authorize a future HRP funding agreement with MidPen Housing for the park improvements 6 Waived full reading and adopted Resolution No. 16-891 supporting the Pleasanton Unified School Districts Bond Measure 11 School and Classroom Safety, Renovation, Construction and Modernization Measure
