CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 801 AN ORDINANCE REZONING APPROXIMATELY 0.65 ACRE PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED AT 3534 SANTA RITA ROAD ON THE EAST SIDE OF SANTA RITA ROAD ABOUT 225 FEET NORTH OF THE INTERSECTION OF SANTA RITA AND TASSAJARA ROADS FROM THE A (ARGRICULTURAL) DISTRICT TO THE C-C (CENTRAL COMMERCIAL) DIS- TRICT AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ACCORDINGLY. (ZONING UNIT MAP NO. ].55 ) THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The 0.65 acre parcel of land located at 3534 Santa Rita Road, on the east side of Santa Rita Road about 225 feet north of the intersection of Santa Rita and Tassajara Roads, is hereby rezoned from the A (Agri- cultural) District to the C-C (Central Commercial) District. Section 2. The zoning map of the City of Pleasanton is amended in accordance with Zoning Unit'Map No. 155, attached hereto a Exhibit A, andamanding.the Zoning Map of the City according . Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final passage and adoption. Section 4. This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "THE TIMES," a newspaper of general circulation, published in the City of Pleasanton.
