CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 801 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING APPROXIMATELY 0.65 ACRE <br /> PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED AT 3534 SANTA RITA ROAD <br /> ON THE EAST SIDE OF SANTA RITA ROAD ABOUT 225 <br /> FEET NORTH OF THE INTERSECTION OF SANTA RITA <br /> AND TASSAJARA ROADS FROM THE A (ARGRICULTURAL) <br /> DISTRICT TO THE C-C (CENTRAL COMMERCIAL) DIS- <br /> TRICT AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY <br /> OF PLEASANTON ACCORDINGLY. (ZONING UNIT MAP <br /> NO. ].55 ) <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The 0.65 acre parcel of land located at 3534 Santa <br /> Rita Road, on the east side of Santa Rita Road about <br /> 225 feet north of the intersection of Santa Rita and <br /> Tassajara Roads, is hereby rezoned from the A (Agri- <br /> cultural) District to the C-C (Central Commercial) <br /> District. <br /> <br />Section 2. The zoning map of the City of Pleasanton is amended <br /> <br /> in accordance with Zoning Unit'Map No. 155, attached hereto a <br /> <br /> Exhibit A, andamanding.the Zoning Map of the City according . <br />Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) <br /> <br />days after the date of its final passage and adoption. <br />Section 4.
