CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 800 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE PREZONING TWELVE (12) PARCELS OF LAND CON- <br /> SISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 16.4 ACRES LOCATED ON THE EAST <br /> SIDE OF SANTA RITA ROAD BETWEEN INTERSTATE 580 AND A <br /> POINT APPROXIMATELY 700 FEET NORTH OF THE INTERSECTION <br /> OF SANTA RITA ROAD AND TASSAJARA ROAD FROM THE ALAMEDA <br /> COUNTY ZONING DISTRICTS OF A (AGRICULTURAL) AND M-1 <br /> (LIGHT INDUSTRIAL) TO THE CITY OF PLEASANTON'S C-S <br /> (COMMERCIAL SERVICE) DISTRICT. (ZONING UNIT F~P NO. 1~) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has initiated the annexation of <br /> 16.4 acres of land on the east side of Santa Rita Road <br /> between interstate 580 and a point approximately 700 feet <br /> north of the intersection of Santa Rita Road and Tassajara <br /> Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the area to be annexed consists of twelve I12) parcels listed <br /> <br /> belowwith their present Alameda CoUnty zoning'designations <br /> <br /> Parcel No. 946-1100-2 A (Agricultural) -3 A (Agricultural) <br /> -4 A (Agricultural) <br /> -5 M-1 (Light Industrial) <br /> -6 A (Agricultural) <br /> -7 M-1 (Light Industrial) <br /> -8 A (Agricultural) <br /> -9 A (Agricultural) <br /> -10 A (Agricultural) <br /> -11 A (Agricultural) <br /> -12 A (Agricultural) <br /> -20 A (Agricultural) <br /> -21 A (Agricultural) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Department has recommended that the area <br /> to be annexed be prezoned as C-S (Commercial Service) <br /> District of the Pleasanton Zoning Ordinance; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission at their regular meeting of <br /> <br /> November 3~ 1976 , reviewed this prezoning recommenda- <br /> tion and recommended to the City Council the prezoning <br /> of this property; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this matter was heard by the City Council of the City of <br /> <br /> Pleasanton at a Public Hearing held at their meeting on <br /> <br /> December 6, 1976 ; <br /> <br /> -1- <br /> <br /> <br />
