b. The City Council, Planning Commission, applicant <br /> or general citizen may appeal any decision ap- <br /> proving or disapproving a request for PUD zoning, <br /> development plan approval, or modification to a <br /> development plan pursuant to the provisions of <br /> this chapter of the Ordinance Code. <br /> <br /> c. A PUD district zoning request and development plan <br /> may be processed concurrently or separately. If <br /> they proceed concurrently, only a single ordinance <br /> shall be required for approval. If they proceed <br /> separately, or if the PUD development plan proceeds <br /> in phases as provided by this Article, separate ordi- <br /> nances shall be required for each process and phase of the <br /> pr~ect. The ordinance(s) required by this subsection <br /> mhall be processed in the same manner as any zoning ordinance <br /> d. No subdivision map shall be processed concurrently <br /> with a PUD zoning request or PUD development plan. <br /> <br />Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) <br /> <br />days after the date of its final passage and adoption. <br /> <br />Section 3.
