RESOLUTION NO. 16-893 <br /> RESOLUTION MODIFYING THE EXISTING MASTER FEE SCHEDULE FOR ANNUAL <br /> FIRE CODE & UNIFIED PROGRAM ACTIVITY FEES <br /> WHEREAS, The City of Pleasanton City Council adopted resolution No 15-767 which <br /> adopted the master fee schedule for development related services; and <br /> WHEREAS, the fee schedule is based upon annual inspections and does not account <br /> for businesses who do not require an inspection every year; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Department has identified certain types of <br /> businesses for which performing inspections every 3 years will meet public safety goals and <br /> state requirements. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br /> SECTION 1. The businesses identified in this category shall be billed annually 1/3rd of <br /> the regular annual fee as identified in the master fee schedule. <br /> SECTION 2. This class of businesses will pay the full state surcharge as determined <br /> by the State of California each year. <br /> SECTION 3.
