Exhibit C <br /> Chapter 20.06 <br /> EXISTING BUILDING CODE <br /> Sections: <br /> 20.06.010 California Existing Building Code adopted. <br /> 20.06.010 California Existing Building Code adopted. <br /> A. The International Existing Building Code, 2015 Edition, as amended and set <br /> forth in the California Existing Building Code, Title 24, Part 10 of the California <br /> Code of Regulations, published by the International Code Council (including <br /> Appendices Chapters Al, A3 and A4) is hereby adopted with the exception of: <br /> Chapter 1 Division I Sections 1.8.4, 1.8.5, 1.8.7 and 1.8.8 and Chapter 1 Division II <br /> (see now Chapter 20.04). <br /> B. The International Existing Building Code (IEBC) adopted in this chapter by <br /> reference is amended by the following additions, deletions and amendments <br /> thereto as set forth in this chapter. Reference numbers herein are taken from the <br /> 2016 California Existing Building Code (CEBC). <br /> C. Where there is a reference in the CEBC to the "Building Official" or <br /> "Authority Having Jurisdiction" it shall mean the "Building and Safety Official" or <br /> in the absence of the Building and Safety Official, the interim, temporary or acting <br /> Building and Safety Official. <br />
