staffs behavior saddens us and taints our enjoyment of this beautiful town. Please help guide staff back on track so that
we can all truly know that Pleasanton is a City of Character.
Just ask yourself these questions: -
• Do you want to be living next to the Masons and have a commercial party business on the other side of your
backyard fence?
• Do you want to create case precedent so that any community center, club, or church in a residential zone can
morph into a noisy commercial party business?
• Do you believe that Pleasanton residents should have the same benefit to rent out their backyard for money as
the Masons are requesting?
• Do you want commercial businesses to operate in residential areas?
• Do you want part of your legacy to be that you officially sanctioned commercial businesses in residential zones
and destroyed the peace and tranquility of Pleasanton neighborhoods?
• Do you believe that other party businesses and catering companies should be allowed to apply for a use permit in
residential neighborhoods?
If you answered "No,"to all the above questions—then you simply must vote to stop the commercial parties in the
backyard, and preserve the backyard as a buffer zone to protect residents.
Thank you,
Mike & Darlene Miller
Click here to report this email as spam.
2
