Staff believes
that it is necessary to bring the application before the Planning Commission for further review and discussion so
that it would be clear as to what functions could /could not be held at this facility.
At the Masons request, the meeting is rescheduled to March 25, 2009.
Mr. Pretzel — I did not get your first email. You can always call me at (925)931 -5615.
Thanks,
Jenny Soo
From: Matt Sullivan
Sent: Thursday, February 26, 2009 8:53 AM
To: Pretzel, Carl
Cc: Jenny Soo; Brian Dolan
Subject: Re: Revocation of up -77 -13
Jenny,
Can 1 please get a synopsis of this as well?
Thanks
Matt Sullivan
On Thu, Feb 26, 2009 at 6:41 AM, Pretzel, Carl
wrote:
You did not reply to my first email and therefore I had no opportunity to inform our homeowners of the issues.
I just got the second postcard notice of this. Is that just a legal requirement and being a resident there is no
intention of you answering questions despite what the postcard says?
Do I need to give you a Chamber of Commerce membership # to get a response?
2/26/2009
