DESIGN REVIEW HOARD <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. R-77-62 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE DESIGN REVIEW BOARD OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON APPROVING DESI I PLANS FOR ALISAL MASONIC <br />LODGE, FILED UNDER APPLICATION NO. 2 =77172. <br />WHEREAS, Al isal Masonic Lodge has filed For design review approval <br />for a building proposed to be constructed on a site located <br />at the northwest corner of the intersection of Valley Trails <br />Drive (South) and Hopyard Road; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is RM -2S00 (Multiple Residential) <br />District= and <br />WHEREAS, the Design Review Board held a public hearing on this appli- <br />cation on November 29, 19770 when all pertinent maps, <br />drawings, reports and testimony were reviewed; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lodge is similar in design to the recently constructed <br />Neat Life Fellowship Chwech nearby. <br />NOW, THE RE?ONM , TOR COSIGN R8V1E91 BOARD ABSOLVES THE FOLLOWING <br />Section 1. The Design Review Board approves I -77 -172, subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown on the site plan, <br />elevations end landscape plan, Exhibit A, on file with the Plan- <br />ning Division, except that all non - planted areas alound the Lodge <br />building be planted in grass and the proposed Chinese pistachio <br />trees replaced with Platanua Aterifolia 40 ft. on center. <br />2. That approval of this case is Subject to all applicable condi- <br />tions of Planning Commission Resolution No 1542, attached hereto <br />and made a part of this case by reference. <br />3. That the structure net all site requirements of the RM -2500 <br />District. <br />1. That the Fire Division emergency number be provided adjacent to <br />all telephones on the site. <br />3. That the street number of the building be posted so as to be <br />easily seen from the street at all times, day and night. <br />S. That all ducts, meters, air conditioning equipment, and any other <br />mechanical equipment, whether on the structure, on the ground, <br />or elaewhere, be effectively screened from view with materials <br />architecturally compatible with the ;rain structure. <br />
