EXHIBIT A <br />DRAFT MODIFIED CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br />UP -77 -13 <br />3370 Hopyard Road, Pleasanton Masonic Lodge <br />June 22, 2016 <br />The conditions of approval for UP -77 -13 are modified as follows. Deleted text is shown in <br />strte key. Added text is shown in underline. <br />of the subject property. That access to the site shall be via Valley Trails Drive only. <br />Operation of the Pleasanton Masonic Lodge shall be in substantial conformance to <br />Exhibit B, the modified operation, dated "Mav 23, 2013 ", on file with the Planning <br />Division, except as modified by the following conditions. Minor changes to the plans or <br />operations may be allowed subiect to the approval of the Director of Community <br />Development. <br />2. That the developer be advised that the property is located in the Valley Community <br />VCSD plant arc subjcct to an agreement dated November 8, 1972 which establishca <br />from the City Administrative offices.
