MOTION: It was m/s by Pentin/Brown to waive full and adopt Resolution No. 16-872 approving the FY <br /> 2016/17 Mid-Term Operating Budget. Motion passed by the following vote: <br /> Ayes: Councilmembers Brown, Narum, Pentin, Mayor Thorne <br /> Noes: None <br /> Absent: Councilmember Olson <br /> 17. Adopt a resolution approving the FY 2016/17 Mid-Term Capital Improvement Program Budget <br /> Assistant City Manager Dolan presented a report on the FY 2016/17 Mid-Term Capital Improvement <br /> Program Budget and adjustments. He addressed new projects and amended projects requiring <br /> additional funding, distribution of projects among categories, and funding sources. <br /> In response to an inquiry from Councilmember Narum, Assistant City Manager Dolan reported that all <br /> projects in Council's work plan are all funded. <br /> In reply to Councilmember Brown's request, staff provided a status update on the Valley Avenue <br /> recycled water main. <br /> MOTION: It was m/s by Narum/Brown to waive full and adopt Resolution No. 16473 approving the FY <br /> 2016/17 Mid-Term Capital Improvement Program Budget. Motion passed by the following vote: <br /> Ayes: Councilmembers Brown, Narum, Pentin, Mayor Thorne <br /> Noes: None <br /> Absent: Councilmember Olson • <br /> • <br /> MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCIL - None <br /> COUNCIL REPORTS <br /> Councilmember Brown reported that the City held an open house for the Civic Center/Library recently <br /> that was very well attended. <br /> Councilmember Narum reported that the Mosquito Abatement Board recently voted to leave its benefit <br /> assessment, unchanged. <br /> Mayor Thome announced he will be attending a meeting regarding new Buy-Right legislation. <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 11:04 p.m. The Council extended a <br /> tribute to our nation's men and women serving in the military.
