The second and third floors would have three <br /> studio apartment units ranging in size from 359 to 367 square feet. Units 2 & 3 would have <br /> lofts on the third-floor that are included in their respective square-footages. Entrances to the <br /> first-floor office/retail space would be provided from the north, east, and south sides of the <br /> building anri the entrance to the apartment units would he accessible from exterior stairs <br /> located on the west side of the building.
