The site would be developed with an approximately 2,229-square-foot, three-story <br /> mixed-use building with first-floor office-retail space and three apartment units on the <br /> remaining two floors of the building, in addition to three detached three-story, single-family <br /> homes, ranging in size from 1,787 square feet to 1,918 square feet that have identified spaces <br /> for MU on the first floors.
