The site <br /> would be developed with an approximately 2.229-square-foot, three-story mixed-use building <br /> with first-floor office/retail space and three apartment units on the remaining two floors of the <br /> building, in addition to three detached three-story, single-family homes, ranging in size from <br /> 1,787 square feet to 2,073 square feet, with Residence 1 having approximately 374 square <br /> feet of identified space for office/retail uses on the first floor.
