The haul route for all materials to and from the project site shall be approved by the City's Traffic Engineer prior to issuance of a building permit, and shall include the provision to monitor the street surfaces used for the haul route so that any damage and debris attributable to the haul trucks is identified and corrected at the expense of the project applicant or developer. 52. The plans submitted to the Building and Safety Division for plan check shall include improvement plans for this development that contain signage and striping details. Said improvement plans shall be subject to the review and approval of the City Traffic Engineer prior to building permit issuance. STANDARD CONDITIONS Planning Division 53. The proposed Planned Unit Development Plan shall conform substantially to the project plans and color palette, Exhibit B, dated "Received August 16, 2016," and arborist report, Exhibit B, dated "Received January 21, 2016," on file with the Planning Division, except as modified by the following conditions of approval.
