CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 794 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING APPROXIMATELY 4.3 ACRES OF LAND <br /> LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF PASEO SANTA CRUZ IMMEDIATELY <br /> WEST OF VALLEY AVENUE FROM RM-4000 (MULTI-FAMILY RE~ <br /> DISTRICT AND R-1-6500 (ONE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICT TO <br /> P (PUBLIC AND INSTITUTIONAL) DISTRICT AND R-1-6500 (ONE- <br /> FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT) AS SHOWN ON ZONING UNIT MAP #153 <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Connnission, by their Resolution No. 1446 <br /> adopted at their regular meeting of September 8, 1976 <br /> recommended to the City Council the rezoning of certain <br /> properties located on the south side of Paseo Santa Cruz, <br /> immediately west of Valley Avenue, being parcels totaling <br /> approximately 4.3 acres in size from RM-4000 (Multi-Famib <br /> Residential) District and R-1-6500 (One-Family Residen- <br /> tial) District to P (Public and Institutional) District <br /> and R-1-6500 (One Family-Residential) District; and <br />WHEREAS, this matter was heard by the City Council of the City of <br /> Pleasanton at a Public Hearing held at their meeting of <br /> September 27, 1976; and <br /> WHEREAS, this rezoning has been deemed to be consistent with the <br /> General Plan of the City and is in the public interest <br /> and general welfare; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br /> ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1. The parcel of property approximately 4.0 acres in size <br /> located on the south side of Paseo Santa Cruz immediately <br /> west of Valley Avenue, owned by the Church of Jesus <br /> Christ of Latter Day Saints (Assessors Parcel No. 946- <br /> 3409-1), is hereby rezoned from RM-4000 ([~lti-Family <br /> Residential) District and R-1-6500 (One-Family Residential) <br /> District to P (Public and Institutional) District, and <br /> parcels of land located at 6206 Paseo Santa Cruz and <br /> 6302 Cal!e Altamira and the northern portion of parcel <br /> 6324 Calle Altamira measuring approximately 22' wide by <br /> <br /> <br />
