<br /> Rental Housing Innovation and Opportunity Fund:
<br /> The goal of this component of the bond program is to support the ability for affordable housing
<br /> developers to respond quickly to opportunities that arise in the market, to preserve and expand
<br /> affordable rental housing and prevent displacement of current low-income tenants. The target
<br /> funding allocation is a total of$35 Million over the course of the bond program.
