Our property is the parcel east of the site, still incorrectly
identified as"Lewis"on all maps that have been submitted to the City of Pleasanton by the applicant
We respectfully request the following be included for the Planning Commission's consideration and
discussion at the July 13, 2016 meeting.
•On map drawings, the 20'creek Maintenance Access Easement begins at DCR.
How will the easement be accessed?
Besides church people"maintaining" the creek, who else will have access?
•Will a proper fence be installed along the east side of the project?
• Under the Conditions of Approval#39d re Hydrologic and Hydraulics documents required—
Will the engineering calculations include Dublin Creek?
•We are concerned that if the existing well on the Church of Christ property remains in use for
landscaping and irrigation (or during grading and construction) that the draw on the water table
will affect our water supply.
How will the use of the well be monitored?
•What is the applicant's plan for the severe ground squirrel infestation that exists throughout the site?
Our property is already adversely affected by the migration of the unchecked population.
• It is common knowledge that DCR is a heavily traveled road. When The Preserve was build,a left
turn lane required re-striping. As a result, the normal flow of traffic carries vehicles over the warning
bumps installed for the turn lane. This is an ongoing, nuisance noise.
Can this problem be corrected when re-striping DCR for the Church of Christ development?
FYI: Since the"Your Speed"sign was installed, all our neighbors agree that speeding has
increased significantly.
Thank you for your time SUPPLEMENTAL MATERIAL
Provided to the Planning Commission
Sincerely, After Distribution of Packet
Don and Sandee Otto
Date Distributed: 1)1 3 1 te
