SECTION 1. Approves the Growth Management Agreement with Guy Houston of <br /> Valley Capital Realty for PUD-114 in substantially the form as the agreement attached <br /> hereto as Exhibit A, which is incorporated herein by this reference, and authorizes the <br /> City Manager to sign the agreement when approved as to final form by the City Attorney. <br /> SECTION 2.
