CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> oRDIN CE NO. 7 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2-7.08a OF ARTICLE 8 <br /> (C-COMMERCIAL DISTRICTS), CHAPTER 2 (ZONING), TITLE II <br /> (ZONING AND DEVELOPMENT)OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON RELATING TO PERMITTED AND CONDITIONAL <br /> USES FOR AUTOMOBILE WASHING FACILITIES <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. Subsection 2-7.08a (Permitted and Conditional Uses) <br /> of Article 8 (C-Commercial Districts), Chapter 2 (Zoning), <br /> Title II (Zoning and Development) is hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br /> (a) The category "automobile washing, including use of <br /> mechanical conveyors, blowers and steam cleaners" shall <br /> be deleted as a permitted use in the C-S (Commercial <br /> Service) and the C-A (Automobile Commercial) Districts· <br /> <br /> (b) The category "automobile washing, including use of <br /> mechanical conveyors, blowers and steam cleaners" shall <br /> be added as a conditional use to the C-S (Commercial <br /> Service) and the C-A (Automobile Commercial) Districts· <br /> <br /> Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) <br /> days after its passage and adoption· <br /> <br /> Section 3. This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen <br /> (15) days after its adoption in "THE TIMES," a newspaper of <br /> general circulation, published and circulated in the City of <br /> Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> <br /> of Pleasanton on September 13 , 1976. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> <br /> Pleasanton on September 27 , 1976 by the following vote: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Brandes~ tieri~hy~ i[.eC!aire, i'.~ercer an~ <br /> D~aZ./or Phi lcox <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None .q ,.,,,,f'----~\. /' <br /> <br /> ATTEST: k fl~e/~t ROBERT C.
