REP *Update to Downtown .Speafic Plan <br />REASANTON, <br />library and administration buildings located in Downtown Pleasanton, therefore <br />potentially vacating the existing civic center property for future development. More <br />information on the Civic Center Master Plan can be found online at: <br />http: / /www.cityofpleasantonca.gov /gov /depts /manager/ civiccenterlibrarytaskforce.asp <br />• Downtown Parking Strategy and Implementation Plan (Parking Strategy). The City <br />Council has also directed staff to develop the Parking Strategy to identify strategies to <br />ensure that the existing parking supply within the Downtown is used efficiently and <br />effectively managed, and potential strategies and locations to increase parking supply. <br />A draft Parking Strategy has been provided to the City Council for review in advance of <br />seeking input from key groups such as the Pleasanton Downtown Association, <br />Economic Vitality Committee, and the Planning Commission before returning to City <br />Council for adoption. The DSP EIR evaluated potential environmental impacts <br />associated with the update to the 1989 DSP.
