Conducted fiscol and economic <br />impact analysis of redevelopment and expansion of San Francisco's Parkmerced residential <br />community, including assessing the project's impacts on the San Francisco Municipal <br />Transportation Agency. <br />ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND REDEVELOPMENT <br />Catellus /City of Atomeda. Prepared a retail leasing strategy for Alameda Landing, o regional <br />shopping center planned on the site of the former U.S. Navy's Fleet Industrial Supply Center in <br />Alomedo. <br />City of Morgan Hill. Reviewed the City's economic development practices and compared them <br />with "best practices" to other competitive Bay Area cities. <br />City of San Jose Redevelopment Agency. Prepared a study analyzing the costs and benefits <br />associated with creating a bioscience incentive zone in the Edenvale industrial redevelopment <br />oreo. <br />City of Palo Alto. Conducted o retail study targeting six of Polo Alto's retail business districts for <br />revitolizotion, including the identification of barriers to revitalization and recommended strategies <br />tailored to the priorities estoblished for each of the individual target commercial areas. <br />East Ray Municipal Water District. Managed economic, demographic, and real estate data <br />analysis in support of developing market - sensitive adjustments to long -term woter demand <br />forecasts. <br />CORPORATE LOCATION ANALYSIS <br />Toyota Motor Corporation. Conducted o locotion analysis study far a distribution facility in the <br />San Francisco Bay Areo, designed to minimize travel time distance to the majority of area <br />dealerships. <br />Cisco Systems. Managed multiple corporate location studies for Cisco Systems, headquartered in <br />San Jose, California. These studies focused on the formulation of both o regional and o North <br />American location strategy. <br />Starbucks Coffee Company. Directed analysis examining olternotive locations for o new coffee <br />roosting plant in the Westem United States. A variety of economic, business, and lobor market <br />data were collected. The roasting plant was successfully sited in Sparks, Nevada. <br />Sacramento Regional Transportation District (RTD). Monoged o consultant team assisting the <br />RTD in planning for its immediate and long -term administrotive office space needs, and in <br />developing a strategy for maximizing the value of the existing RTD complex. <br />Hines. Managed comparative analysis highlighting business and employee costs associated with <br />business locations in three competitive Bay Area locations. <br />
