This letter provides an introduction to ALH Economics and summorizes the <br />proposed scope of work, timefrome, and professional fees and expenses to prepare on urban decay <br />analysis (including leakoge analysis) and fiscal impact analysis for the project. <br />FIRM INTRODUCTION <br />ALH Urban 8 Regional Economics ( "ALH Economics ") is a sole proprietorship devoted to providing <br />urban and regional economic consulting services to clients throughout California. The company was <br />formed in June 2011. Until that time, Amy L Herman, Principal and Owner (100 %) of ALH <br />Economics, was o Senior Managing Director with CBRE Consulting in San Francisco, a division of the <br />real estate services firm CB Richord Ellis. CBRE Consulting was the successor firm to Sedway Group, in <br />which Ms. Herman was o part owner, which was a well - established urban economic and real estate <br />consulting firm acquired by CB Richard Ellis in late 1999. <br />ALH Economics provides a range of economic consulting services, including: <br />• Socioeconomic analysis <br />• fiscal and economic impact analysis <br />• CEQA- prescribed urban decoy analysis <br />• economic studies in support of general plans, specific plans, and other long -range planning <br />efforts <br />• market feasibility analysis for commercial, housing, and industrial lond uses <br />• economic development and policy analysis <br />• other specialized economic analyses tailored to client needs <br />PAGE' <br />
