CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF pLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 790 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING AppROXIMATELY 354 ACRES LOCATED <br /> BETWEEN HOPYARD ROAD AND THE SOUTHERN PACIFIC R/W <br /> (ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NUMBERS 941-700-1-11 AND 946-3215-1-12) <br /> FROM INDUSTRIAL PARK, GENERAL INDUSTRIAL, OFFICE, <br /> COMMERCIAL SERVICE, FREEWAY COMMERCIAL AND AGRICULTURAL <br /> TO GENERAL INDUSTRIAL, INDUSTRIAL PARK, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL, <br /> OFFICE, FREEWAY AND pLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AND <br /> AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF pLEASANTON <br /> ACCORDINGLY. (ZONING UNIT MAP NO. 152) <br />{E CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF pLEASANTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />~ction 1. Rezones from I-P (Industrial Park), I-G (General <br />Industrial), 0 (Office), C-S (Commercial Service), C-F ~reeway <br />Interchange Commercial), and A (Agricultural) District to I-G <br />(General Industrial), I-P (Industrial Park), I-L (Light Industrial' <br />0 (Office) C-F (Freeway Interchange Commercia~ and P~D (planned <br />Unit Development) approximately 354 acres located between Hopyard <br />Road the the Southern pacific right-of-waY (Assessor's Parcel <br />Numbers 941-700-1-11 and 946'3215'1'12)- <br />Section 2. Said rezoning is made subject to the following <br />conditions: (1) That each phase of the project as it is presented <br />for consideration by the City shall be subject to an environmental <br /> ~ssessment, and where such an assessment requires an environmental <br /> impact report, each such report shall contain specific references <br /> to noise, traffic, sewer, drainage, setback and landscaping, <br /> lighting, and parking, as well as the normal elements contained <br /> in an environmental impact report; (2) That each environmental <br /> impact report prepared for any phase of the project must <br /> specifically come back before the City Council for consideration <br /> of appropriate mitigation measures necessary to effectuate the <br /> <br /> <br />
