RESOLUTION NO. 16-873 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, ADOPTING <br /> THE MID-TERM CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR FY 2016/17 <br /> WHEREAS, the City adopted a 2015/16 through 2018/19 Capital Improvement Program on <br /> June 16, 2015; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is beneficial to review the Capital Improvement Program to refine revenue and <br /> expenditure projections; and <br /> WHEREAS, at a public hearing on June 21, 2016, staff presented a report detailing the <br /> recommended Mid-Term Capital Improvement Program for FY 2016/17. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br /> SECTION 1: Adopts the Mid-Term Capital Improvement Program for FY 2016/17 as <br /> presented at the June 21, 2016 City Council meeting. <br /> SECTION 2: Authorizes expenditures, transfers and expenditures as detailed in the Mid- <br /> Term Capital Improvement Program for FY 2016/17. <br /> SECTION 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br /> adoption. <br /> PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton at a <br /> regular meeting held on June 21, 2016. <br /> I, Karen Diaz, City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, California, certify that the foregoing <br /> resolution was adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting held on the 21st day of June, 2016, <br /> by the following vote: <br /> Ayes: Councilmembers Brown, Narum, Pentin, Mayor Thorne <br /> Noes: None <br /> Absent: Councilmember Olson <br /> Abstain: None <br /> Karen City lerk <br /> APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> Dan Sodergren, C Attorney <br />
