CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 789 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2-7.08a, ARTICLE 8 <br /> (C - COMMERCIAL DISTRICTS), CHAPTER 2 (ZONING), <br /> TITLE II (ZONING AND DEVELOPMENT) OF THE ORDINANCE <br /> CODE OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RELATING TO PERMITTED <br /> AND CONDITIONAL USES. <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Section 2-7.08a (Permitted and Conditional Uses), <br /> <br /> Article 8 (C-Commercial Districts), Chapter2(Zoning), <br /> Title II (Zoning and Development) of the Ordinance <br /> Code of the City of Pleasanton is amended to include <br /> phonograph record stores as a permitted use in the <br /> C-N (Neighborhood Commercial) Districts. <br /> <br />Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days <br /> after its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />Section 3. This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen <br /> <br /> (15) days after its adoption in "THE TIME~' A newspape] <br /> of general circulation, published in the City of <br /> Pleasanton. <br /> <br />INTRODUCED at the regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Pleasanton on June 28, 1976 <br /> <br />ADOPTED at the regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton on July 12, 1976, by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Herlihy, Le Claire, Mercer and <br />~ Mayor Philcox <br />NOES: None <br /> <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> .C.
