ATTACHMENT 1 <br /> FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br /> This First Amendment to Agreement ("First Amendment") is entered into this 21 stt day of June <br /> 2016 by the City of Pleasanton ("City") and Ruggeri-Jensen-Azar.("Consultant"). <br /> Whereas, on June 4, 2013 the City and Consultant entered into an As-Needed Professional <br /> Services Agreement for Professional Services ("Agreement") (Agreement 13-1088C) where Consultant <br /> shall provide surveying and computer drafting services for the City as requested by the City on an as- <br /> needed basis pursuant to individual work authorizations.; and <br /> Whereas,the parties desire to amend to the Agreement to extend the contract time to provide <br /> additional as-needed services. <br /> Now, therefore, in exchange for valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, <br /> the parties agree as follows: <br /> 1. Section 4 Term of the Agreement shall be amended to extend the contract duration to: <br /> "July 1, 2013 to June 30, 2018." <br /> 2.
