Permitted agricultural pursuits <br /> conducted in accordance with good practice and maintenance are not deemed <br /> by the City of Pleasanton to be a nuisance." <br /> The exact language of said disclosures shall be reviewed and approved by the <br /> City Attorney before recordation of the final parcel map for the subdivision <br /> covered by this approval. <br /> 9. Lowest elevation of the building is the <br /> lowest finished grade adjacent to an exterior wall of the main house. <br /> 10.All main and accessory structures for Lot 1 and Lot 2 shall be located within the <br /> building envelopes as shown in Exhibit B. <br /> 11.Unless otherwise specified in the conditions of approval for the subject PUD, all site <br /> development standards shall be those of the R-1-40,000 District. <br /> 12.Sport courts shall not be allowed on any lot in the development. <br /> 13.No second floor addition is allowed for Lot 1. <br /> 14.A site-specific Open Space Management and Wildlife Fire Protection Plan shall be <br /> prepared and submitted prior to the City Council review of the proposed PUD <br /> development plan. The plan shall address agricultural operations, open space <br /> maintenance, and wildlife and vegetation preservation needs. The final plan shall be <br /> reviewed and approved by the Director of Community Development and Livermore- <br /> Pleasanton Fire Department prior to the approval of Parcel Map. <br /> 15.The proposed retaining walls shall be stone-faced, similar to the retaining walls in <br /> the Silver Oaks Hillside development.
