ORDINANCE NO. 2145 <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF AMANDA GAGLIARDI FOR PLANNED <br /> UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) PLAN APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE <br /> PUD-112 <br /> WHEREAS, Amanda Gagliardi, has applied for Planned Unit Development (PUD) <br /> development plan for a four-lot single-family residential development and related <br /> improvements at 1027 Rose Avenue which includes the retention of the existing single- <br /> family residence, the construction of an approximately 3,443-square-foot, one-story, <br /> single-family residence, and two future custom homes; and <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed project is categorically exempt from environmental <br /> review pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines, Section 15332, <br /> In-Fill Development Projects. Section 15332 exempts from environmental review in-fill <br /> developments within City limits; and <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting of April 13, 2016, the Planning Commission considered <br /> the project and recommended approval of PUD-112; and <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting of May 17, 2016, the City Council received a report from <br /> the Director of Community Development, including the Planning Commission's <br /> recommendations for approval of PUD-112; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on May 17, 2016, at which time <br /> the applicant and other members of the public were offered an opportunity to present <br /> information regarding this application; and <br /> WHEREAS, after a review of the materials presented, the City Council determines <br /> that the PUD plan is consistent with the General Plan and the purposes of the PUD <br /> ordinance based on the findings set forth in the report presented to the City Council on <br /> May 17, 2016, and information presented at the public hearing. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION 1. The City Council finds that the project is consistent with the <br /> Pleasanton General Plan and the PUD District ordinance, and that the proposed project <br /> is categorically exempt from environmental review pursuant to the California <br /> Environmental Quality Act Guidelines, Section 15332, In-Fill Development Projects. <br /> Section 15332 exempts from environmental review in-fill developments within City limits <br />
