/ 697 <br /> SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br /> This Second Amendment to Agreement("Second Amendment") is entered into this 2 day of December <br /> 2015 by the City of Pleasanton ("City")and Catholic Funeral & Cemetery Services("Contractor") <br /> Whereas, on July 27, 2010 the City and Contractor entered into an Agreement for Cemetery <br /> services("Agreement"); and <br /> Whereas,the term of the agreement needs to be extended; and <br /> Whereas,the parties desire to amend to the Agreement; <br /> Now, therefore, in exchange for valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, <br /> the parties agree as follows: <br /> 1. Section 5 of the Agreement, "Term" is amended to read: <br /> CFCS shall perform services outlined in Exhibit A from January 2, 2016 to June 30, <br /> 2016. <br /> 2.
