Swinerton Management&Consulting's Standard Hourly Rates are all-inclusive of overhead,fee,vehicles,laptop computers, cell phones,and minor office supplies. Our rates also include travel within the San Francisco Metropolitan Bay Area.Examples of expenses not included in our rates are items such as document reproduction,courier services,or any specialized software licenses/computer programs required by the City of Pleasanton.Reimbursable,expensed items,if any,are invoiced at cost to the City. 2. With the exception of our administrative support staff,all of our positions are exempt,salaried positions.This means that there are no overtime or holiday rates.In addition,there are no premium costs for managing work during weekends or holidays,and as a consultant,there are no overtime premiums.Swinerton does not have a minimum daily charge-all charges are billed as performed. A cost-of-living increase will be applied to our hourly rates after June 30,2017. The annual escalation will be based on the Bureau of Labor Statistics(BLS)-San Francisco Bay Area CPI. 3. Should sub-consultant services be requested,such as materials sampling and testing,surveying and staking,or commissioning specialists,these items would be included at cost plus a 5%administative mark-up. 4. Hourly Rates are based on 2012 FAR Audit and are in compliance with FAR regulations and requirements. 5. Hourly Rates for 2016-2017 are from July 1,2016 to June 30,2017; Hourly Rates for 2017-2018 are from July 1,2017 to June 30,2018;and Hourly Rates for 2018-2019 are from July 1,2018 to June 30,2019. 6.Hourly Rates for contract years 2 and 3 include an estimated escalation of 3%per year based on BLS San Francisco Bay Area CPI. This will be reviewed at the end of the prior year and the actual escalation may vary.
