® D IE H 'mart In solutions Metering Meter Accuracy The HYDRUS will meet or exceed meter accuracy of+/-1.5%between the°minimum flow rate"to 'maximum flow rate"for twenty(20)years from date of shipment: 3/4"S(5/8"x 3/4")and 3/4"x 9" 0.1 -30 gpm 1" 0.4-55gpm Preconditions and Claim Handling To exercise this Warranty,the Customer shall notify Diehl Metering at detailing the name of the Product, the serial number,the specific defect and Customer contact details for the specific incident The Customer may include test results, as long as such test results adhere to the standards as stated below. In case the Customer does not include test results, the Customers claim is seen as an Instruction to Diehl Metering to facilitate the respective tests at the Customers expense. Claims to Diehl Metering must be made without undue delay after discovery. At Diehl Metering's discretion the Products shall be shipped by the Customer prepaid F.O.B. (Incoterms 2010)to the nearest Diehl Metering factory or distribution center. If requested the Customer shall furnish proof that the Products were installed according to the Product Specifications and the Installation Manual. Testing Test results must be obtained according to AVVWA standards and the HYDRUS Testing Instruction. General Provisions This Warranty is not transferable and shall only apply to the original Customer who bought the respective Products from Diehl Metering or an Authorized Diehl Metering Reseller. The remedy according to abovementioned entitlement shall not be deemed failed so long as the respective claim is disputed between the Customer and Diehl Metering or if undisputed so long as Diehl Metering is willing and able to replace or repair defective Products within reasonable time of the Customer furnishing ample proof of a defect covered by this Warranty Statement.
