Support Required from the City of Pleasanton <br /> Support of Participants: <br /> • Need based scholarships <br /> • Accessibility Services, in compliance with ADA (ASL-interpretation, etc.) <br /> • Facilitate all CLASS registration <br /> Marketing Support: <br /> • School Concert Series and Group Sales Representative <br /> • Box Office Services <br /> • City Staff will produce the following for marketing of each show: Listing in the Season <br /> Brochure, Three (3) Seasonal Postcards highlighting one show each, Monthly poster <br /> highlighting one show each, Three—five social media posts per show, One (1) email <br /> announcement for entire Civic Arts season, One-two targeted e-newsletters per show, <br /> Inclusion in 1-2 monthly FAC e-newsletters, Two-four paid newspaper ads. <br /> Production, Class and Workshop Support: <br /> • City Staff present at all auditions and callbacks <br /> • Rehearsal and Performance space—City Staff present or on premises <br /> • Coordination with other departments when needed <br /> • Per City of Pleasanton, City Staff may provide sound as listed in paragraph 6g and <br /> operate fly rail and provide building monitor <br /> • Storage space only during rehearsal and production <br /> Misc: <br /> • BACT staff and contractors may be fingerprinted by City Staff if necessary, at the <br /> Pleasanton Police Department <br /> • Any other items determined in collaboration between the City of Pleasanton and BACT <br />
