CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF pLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 7 B 7 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING §2-4.28 OF ARTICLE 10 (DEDICATION <br /> OF PUBLIC PARK LAND, THE PAYMENT OF FEES, OR A COMBINA- <br /> TION THEREOF), CHAPTER 1 (SUBDIVISIONS) OF TITLE II <br /> (ZONING AND DEVELOPMENT) OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE <br /> CITY OF pLEASANTON BY AMENDING SUBSECTION (b) ,~R~LATING <br /> TO IN LIEU FEES A~'D BY DELETING SUBSECTION (d) P~ELATING TO <br /> NEIGHBORHOOD PARKS. <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS <br />Section 1. Subsection (b) of §2-4.28 of Article 10 (Dedication of <br /> Public Park Land), Chapter 1 (Subdivisions), Title II <br /> (Zoning and Development) is hereby amended to read as <br /> follows: <br /> <br /> "b. Fees. When a fee in lieu of land has been impose <br /> l'~"Ehe approval of a tentative map, a fee shall <br /> be paid for each lot or dwelling unit in the <br /> subdivision in amounts as set forth in the resol- <br /> ution establishing fees and charges for various <br /> municipal services of the City of Pleasanton. <br /> In the event that multiple dwellings are pe <br /> within the subdivision, then the maximum number <br /> of such dwelling units allowable in the sub- <br /> division together with the number of single <br /> family or mobile home lots therein shall be used <br /> as the multiple. In addition to such sums, a <br /> further amount shall be paid equal to the cost of <br /> public improvements to full City standards (one- <br /> half of a secondary street as such is shown in <br /> Attachment No. 1 to Ordinance No. 358). The City <br /> Engineer shall keep and maintain a current sched- <br /> ule of standard unit costs for public works <br /> improvements. Such schedule shall be used as <br /> the reference to establish such additional amoum£~ <br /> Said fee schedule shall be maintained on an <br /> annual basis and may be revised each calendar <br /> year. <br /> Section 2. Subsection (d) of §2-4.28 of Article 10 (Dedication of <br /> Public Park Land), Chapter 1 (Subdivisions), Title II <br /> (Zoning and Development) of the Ordinance Code of the <br /> City of Pleasanton is hereby deleted and subsections (e), <br /> (f) , and (g) are renumbered respectively (d) , (e) and (f) <br /> Section 3. This Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30)days <br /> after its adoption. <br /> Section 4. This Ordinance shall be published once within fifteen <br /> (15) days after its ~adoption in the "TIMES", a newspaper <br /> <br /> <br />
