CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAmeDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0.786 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING §2-3.01 (MINOR SUBDIVISIONS <br /> DEFINED) OF ARTICLE 5 (MINOR SUBDIVISIONS), CHAPTER 1 <br /> (SUBDIVISIONS), TITLE II (ZONINGAND DEVELOPMENT) <br /> OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON BY <br /> DELETING SUBSECTION 2(a) <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS <br /> <br />Section 1. Subsection 2(a) of §2-3.01 (Minor Subdivisions Defied, <br /> Article 5 (Minor S~divisions), Chapter 1 (Subdivisions) <br /> Title II (Zoning and Development), relating to street <br /> openings and improvements, is hereby deleted and sub- <br /> sections (b) and (c) are renumbered as (a) and (b) <br /> respectively. <br /> Section 2. This Ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days <br /> after it has been duly adopted. <br /> <br />Section 3. This Ordinance shall be published once within fifteen <br />(15) days after its adoption~ "The Times", a newspaper of generai <br />circulation published and circulated in the City of Pleasanton. <br />INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> <br />Pleasanton on May 24 , 1976. <br /> <br />ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> <br />Pleasanton on June 14 , 1976, by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Herlihy, LeClaire, Mercer and <br /> Mayor Philcox <br />NOES: None <br /> <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: ROB] RT C.
