All buildings covered by this approval shall be equipped with an automatic fire <br /> sprinkler system. Plans and specifications for the automatic fire sprinkler system <br /> shall be submitted for review and approval by the Livermore-Pleasanton Fire <br /> Department prior to installation. The fire alarm system, including water flow and <br /> valve tamper, shall have shop drawings submitted for review and approval by the <br /> Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Department prior to installation. All required <br /> inspections and witnessing of tests shall be completed prior to final inspection and <br /> occupancy of the building(s). <br /> 49. The location of the fire hydrant and the detail of the turn-around area for fire trucks <br /> shall be reviewed and approved by the Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Department <br /> prior to issuance of a building permit. <br /> 50. A twenty-six-foot wide unobstructed road width shall be maintained for 20 feet on <br /> both sides of a fire hydrant. <br /> STANDARD CONDITIONS <br /> CODE CONDITIONS <br /> (Applicants/Developers are responsible for complying with all applicable Federal, State <br /> and City codes and regulations regardless of whether or not the requirements are part <br /> of this list.
