The geotechnical report shall be peer-reviewed by the City's on-call geotechnical <br /> consultant. Prior to recordation of the parcel map, the project developer's civil <br /> engineer and/or geotechnical engineer shall satisfactorily address all comments <br /> and/or recommendations by the City's on-call consultant as determined by the City <br /> Engineer. <br /> Traffic Division <br /> 37. Comprehensive traffic control measures shall be implemented during construction, <br /> including scheduling of major truck trips and deliveries, to avoid peak travel hours. <br /> If necessary, as determined by the Traffic Engineer, proper lane closure <br /> procedures such as flagger stations, signage, cones, and other warning devices <br /> shall be implemented during construction. <br /> 38. The sidewalk on the south side of Dublin Canyon Road along the project frontage <br /> shall be a minimum of six-foot wide, decomposed granite meandering pathway. <br /> This sidewalk shall continue easterly to the Dublin Canyon Road/Laurel Creek <br /> Drive intersection. The detailed design of this sidewalk is subject to review and <br /> approval by the Director of Community Development. Americans with Disabilities <br /> Act (ADA) compliant ramps shall be installed at the intersection and be connected <br /> to the existing sidewalk at the east side of Laurel Creek Drive. <br /> 39. A minimum of six-foot wide bike lane shall be installed on both sides of Dublin <br /> Canyon Road along the project frontage. The eastbound right turn lane at the <br /> project shall be used for both vehicular right turns and bikes (i.e., there shall be no <br /> bike specific striping through the turn pocket). The applicant shall submit plans <br /> showing this revision subject to review and approval by the Traffic Engineer as part <br /> of the subdivision improvement plan. <br /> Landscaping <br /> 40. Prior to building permit finals for the new homes, landscaping along Dublin Canyon <br /> Road and on both sides of the private street shall be installed and inspected by <br /> Planning Division. All rear and side yard landscaping designs shall be submitted <br /> for review and approval by the Planning Division prior to installation. Plant species <br /> shall be of drought-tolerant nature and suitable for reclaimed water, and the <br /> irrigation design shall utilize low-volume drip, bubbler, or other water conserving <br /> irrigation systems to the maximum extent possible. Landscaping installation in the <br /> rear and side yards shall be installed within nine (9) months of occupancy. <br /> Page 8 of 17 <br />
