The project developer, <br /> property owners and business owners shall instruct employees to conduct all <br /> washing activities in this area. <br /> 3. Outdoor loading areas: The loading areas shall be covered. No other area shall <br /> drain into the loading area; a containment berm shall be constructed to prevent <br /> such drainage if found necessary by the City Engineer/Chief Building Official. <br /> The loading area may be required to drain to the sanitary sewer if required by the <br /> City Engineer/Chief Building Official, subject to approval by the DSRSD. If <br /> connected to the sanitary sewer, a structural control such as an oil/water <br /> separator or sand filter shall be used, and a sign shall be posted prohibiting the <br /> dumping of hazardous materials. <br /> A regular program of inspecting vehicles for leaks and spills, and of <br /> sweeping/vacuuming, litter control, and spill cleanup shall be implemented.
