Call to Order <br /> 2. Roll Call <br /> 3. Public Comment- Comments are limited to items listed on this Special Meeting Agenda <br /> 4. Approve meeting minutes of June 16, 2015 <br /> 5. Adopt resolutions approving the Engineer's Reports for the Geologic Hazard <br /> Abatement Districts (GHAD) for Oak Tree Farm, Moller Ranch, Laurel Creek <br /> Estates (The Preserve, Oak Hill Estates AND Kolb Ranch Estates), and <br /> Lemoine Ranch Estates; and declaring the Board's intention to assess the <br /> properties for the cost to maintain and operate the Districts; and setting June <br /> 21, 2016 as the public hearing date <br /> 6.
