locations (setbacks) are pursuant to the approved plans, prior to receiving a foundation <br /> inspection for the structures. <br /> 23. All excess soil from the site shall be off-hauled from the site and disposed of in a lawful <br /> manner. Unless otherwise approved by the Director of Community Development, no <br /> stockpiling of dirt on this site shall occur. <br /> 24. The applicant/developer shall implement construction best management practices to <br /> reduce construction noise, including: <br /> a. Locate stationary construction equipment as far from adjacent occupied buildings as <br /> possible. <br /> b. Select routes for movement of construction-related vehicles and equipment so that <br /> noise-sensitive areas, including residences and outdoor recreation areas, are <br /> avoided as much as possible. Include these routes in materials submitted to the City <br /> of Pleasanton for approval prior to the issuance of building permits. <br /> c. All site improvements and construction activities shall be limited to the hours of <br /> 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. In addition, no construction shall be <br /> allowed on State and federal holidays, Saturdays, or Sundays. The Community <br /> Development Director may allow earlier "start times" for specific construction <br /> activities (e.g., concrete foundation/floor pouring), if it can be demonstrated to the <br /> satisfaction of the Community Development Director that the construction and <br /> construction traffic noise will not affect nearby residents. Prior to construction, the <br /> hours of construction shall be posted on site. <br /> d. All construction equipment must meet DMV and City noise standards and shall be <br /> equipped with muffling devices. <br /> e. Designate a noise disturbance coordinator who will be responsible for responding to <br /> complaints about noise during construction. The telephone number of the noise <br /> disturbance coordinator shall be conspicuously posted at the construction site and <br /> shall be provided to the City of Pleasanton. Copies of the construction schedule <br /> shall also be posted at nearby noise sensitive areas. <br /> f. Construction activities conducted on the subject property shall not exceed 86 dBA at <br /> any point outside of the property plane of the subject property (Pleasanton Municipal <br /> Code Section 9.04.100.B.). <br /> These requirements shall be printed on the construction plans to the satisfaction of the <br /> Director of Community Development. <br /> 25. Rain gutters shall discharge into landscaping planter areas where feasible.
