5. Approve the scope of work with GEOCON to provide geotechnical testing, material <br /> testing and special inspection services during construction for a not-to-exceed amount <br /> of $64,700. This Task Order will be written under the existing Geotechnical <br /> Engineering On-Call contract. See Attachment 4 for the Geocon proposal. <br /> 6. Authorize the Director of Engineering to approve and execute any required contract <br /> change order(s) for a not-to-exceed contingency amount of $435,000, which is <br /> approximately 5% of the roadway reconstruction cost ($245,000) and 8% of the <br /> undergrounding construction ($190,000) for any unforeseen work discovered during <br /> project construction. <br /> 7. Allocate from Street Developer Funds: $213,068 from Tract 8159 received on May 22, <br /> 2014; $268,963.80 from Tract 7968 received on April 1, 2016. These funds were <br /> received from these recent developments on Stanley Boulevard to pay their pro-rata <br /> share of the cost of this project - based on linear footage of curb line. <br /> 8. Authorize the transfer of funds to the Stanley Boulevard Reconstruction and <br /> Undergrounding Utility District. CIP No. 055022 project from the following project <br /> accounts: $300,000 from Annual Sidewalk Maintenance, CIP No. 145012, $150,000 <br /> from Annual Sidewalk Maintenance CIP No. 155012; $210,000 from Bicycle and <br /> Pedestrian Related Improvements, CIP No. 155043; and $100,000 from Bicycle and <br /> Pedestrian Related Improvement, CIP No. 165043. <br /> 9. Appropriate from the following Enterprise Funds to Stanley Boulevard Reconstruction <br /> and Undergrounding Utility District, CIP No. 055022: $418,515.11 from Storm <br /> Enterprise Fund; $282,154.40 from Water Enterprise Fund; and $533,509.85 from <br /> Sewer Enterprise Fund. <br /> 10.Appropriate $103,194 from Measure B Bike and Pedestrian (Fund 573) to Stanley <br /> Boulevard Reconstruction and Undergrounding Utility District, CIP No. 055022. <br /> 11.Appropriate $34,915 from Measure BB Bike and Pedestrian (Fund 577) to Stanley <br /> Boulevard Reconstruction and Undergrounding Utility District, CIP No. 055022. <br /> 12.Appropriate $140,820 from Measure BB Local Streets and Roads (Fund 576) to <br /> Stanley Boulevard Reconstruction and Undergrounding Utility District, CIP No. <br /> 055022. <br /> 13.Transfer $370,000 from Dublin Freeway Reimbursement for Future Projects Reserve <br /> (CIP No. 985090) to Stanley Boulevard Reconstruction and Undergrounding Utility <br /> District, CIP No. 055022. <br /> 14.Adopt a resolution authorizing an application with the Metropolitan Transportation <br /> Commission (MTC) for $225,500 in Transportation Development Act (TDA) Article 3 <br /> funds for Stanley Boulevard Reconstruction and Undergrounding Utility District, CIP <br /> No. 055022.
