5. Approve the scope of work with GEOCON to provide geotechnical testing, material testing and special inspection services during construction for a not-to-exceed amount of $64,700. This Task Order will be written under the existing Geotechnical Engineering On-Call contract. See Attachment 4 for the Geocon proposal. 6. Authorize the Director of Engineering to approve and execute any required contract change order(s) for a not-to-exceed contingency amount of $435,000, which is approximately 5% of the roadway reconstruction cost ($245,000) and 8% of the undergrounding construction ($190,000) for any unforeseen work discovered during project construction. 7. Allocate from Street Developer Funds: $213,068 from Tract 8159 received on May 22, 2014; $268,963.80 from Tract 7968 received on April 1, 2016. These funds were received from these recent developments on Stanley Boulevard to pay their pro-rata share of the cost of this project - based on linear footage of curb line. 8. Authorize the transfer of funds to the Stanley Boulevard Reconstruction and Undergrounding Utility District. CIP No. 055022 project from the following project accounts: $300,000 from Annual Sidewalk Maintenance, CIP No. 145012, $150,000 from Annual Sidewalk Maintenance CIP No. 155012; $210,000 from Bicycle and Pedestrian Related Improvements, CIP No. 155043; and $100,000 from Bicycle and Pedestrian Related Improvement, CIP No. 165043. 9. Appropriate from the following Enterprise Funds to Stanley Boulevard Reconstruction and Undergrounding Utility District, CIP No. 055022: $418,515.11 from Storm Enterprise Fund; $282,154.40 from Water Enterprise Fund; and $533,509.85 from Sewer Enterprise Fund. 10.Appropriate $103,194 from Measure B Bike and Pedestrian (Fund 573) to Stanley Boulevard Reconstruction and Undergrounding Utility District, CIP No. 055022. 11.Appropriate $34,915 from Measure BB Bike and Pedestrian (Fund 577) to Stanley Boulevard Reconstruction and Undergrounding Utility District, CIP No. 055022. 12.Appropriate $140,820 from Measure BB Local Streets and Roads (Fund 576) to Stanley Boulevard Reconstruction and Undergrounding Utility District, CIP No. 055022. 13.Transfer $370,000 from Dublin Freeway Reimbursement for Future Projects Reserve (CIP No. 985090) to Stanley Boulevard Reconstruction and Undergrounding Utility District, CIP No. 055022. 14.Adopt a resolution authorizing an application with the Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) for $225,500 in Transportation Development Act (TDA) Article 3 funds for Stanley Boulevard Reconstruction and Undergrounding Utility District, CIP No. 055022.
